HT Belt Drive - 2" Bobber Style
Evil Engineering introduces an all new top quality performance belt drive. Our 2" billet aluminum Bobber Style Belt Drive is built with the patented H.O.T. (Helical Offset Tooth) set-up to handle your performance motor. The H.O.T. set-up can handle more horsepower by design than the same size straight tooth while still offering reduced belt drive associated noise. Check out our belt drive ratings here. Our primary offers the same kick ass 7" clutch used in our 4" HT counterpart. The Bobber Style is available in raw or polish with a right side drive option. Offsets are available for those that want to go wide. |
HT Belt Drive - 2" Bobber Style Kicker
The Kicker (4-speed) and Kickstein (5,6 speed) are for the Kick-Only riders who think that electric starters are for pussies. The included backing plate will protect your bike from frame flexing, which fatigues the bike frame. The addition of an Evil backing plate can significantlly increase the lifespan of your bike. The Kicker/Kickstein are available with a variety of finishes. Available for 5-6 speed splined or 4-speed tapered shaft transmissions (1970 - early ‘84; will not fit ‘85-’89 transmissions). |
HT Board Track Series
The H.T. Board Track Series embodies the true spirit of old school plank track racers with its minimalist design that doesn't compromise performance. Evil offers the true minimalist all of the advantages of the H.O.T. set-up. The Board Track is packaged with the H.O.T. Belt, the M7 Clutch, and a billet aluminum transmission support. The HT Board Track is available with a variety of finishes (page 10). Available for 5-6 speed splined or 4-speed tapered shaft transmissions (1970 - early ‘84; will not fit ‘85-’89 transmissions). Evil’s Kick-Only Board Track belt drives have a patented self-locating bearing. Due to variation in taper shaft transmissions, this feature was designed to ensure proper alignment between the transmission bolts and main shaft. The LSD STD (stock transmission design) has been a huge success. Steve B. from Stevenson Cycle came to us for left side chain drive version of the LSD. Now available is our LSD (Lowered Starter Design) H.T. belt drive, built with the same M7 (Massive 7") Clutch found in all of our primary products. Available in right and left side final drive. Racked 17" LSD
The new 17" LSD (Lowered Starter Design) belt drive is the ultimate open primary for custom builders. Our racked primary offers increased distance between the engine and transmission coupled with a lowered starter, creating room for extreme modifications. The LSD is the perfect match for your high-torque custom application and will stand up to the biggest, nastiest custom bike. In keeping with true Evil fashion, the LSD is packaged with our M7 (Massive 7") Clutch. Available for right or left side final drive applications. Please specify either a two-inch or four-inch belt set-up. |
Evil Final Drive
Evil Engineering now brings all of the advantages of the HT Belt to your final drive. The new HT Final Drive system will reduce final drive noise 30% and provide all of the benefits of an HT self-centering belt. The HT belt will handle more torque than the same width straight tooth belt while offering a lighter, no-flange design, The custom final drive system shown here is available through Ballistic Cycles at Ballisticcycles.com. Billet Taillight Assemblies
Evil Engineering introduces our versatile tail light/license plate assembly. The assembly includes a custom all billet tail light as well as a mounting bracket and license plate holder. License plate holder available as a horizontal or vertical mount. The tail light has an ultra prismatic lens coupled with the brightest LED’s on the market. LED’s out perform standard lights. Standard light bulbs have an estimated operating time of 6000 hours. LED’s last 15 thousand to 20 thousand hours. LED`s operate with less draw than standard lights. Evil`s LED tail light draws 2 mA in on position and ½ A when the brake light is on. Available in Polished Billet Aluminum. |

Our patented taper shaft support is designed with a unique self centering bearing. Due to variation in taper shaft transmissions, the self-centering bearing will ensure proper alignment of transmission bolts with the transmission main shaft.
Offsets available from 0.25" to 1.5" for those that want to "go wide". Custom offsets available upon request
Optional clutch shroud can be added to any Evil open primary without bearing support for a unique custom look.

Our new Spread-Her Tool makes belt drive installation a snap. Simply assemble the pulleys and belt together, set to the correct shaft center distance and install as a single unit. Our Spread-Her Tool works with any primary belt drive system. Constructed from T-6 Aircraft Quality Aluminum for a lifetime of service. Specify Lil' Spread-Her for distances under 14 inches or Big Spread-Her for stretched primary applications.
Our new EE belt guard is available for 2" and 4" belts. It will work with forward controls and floorboards, with or without clutch shroud, and with any EE finish.
EE starters are available with 1.4kW for engines up to 100" or 1.6kW of power for engines 96" and bigger. They'll bolt up to any 1990-2006 Big-Twin except 2006 Dyna. These starters are made in the USA and will come with a polished/chrome finish.
